The innovative new edition of Cityscape 2021 will host a series of virtual investor summits, webinars, and digital networking events, which will be held before and after the launch of the 20th edition of the exhibition at its new location at the Dubai Exhibition Center in the «Expo 2020 Dubai» area from November 7–11. The global event will bring Dubai’s real estate ecosystem into the digital realm.

Chris Spiller, Director of the "Cityscape" group at Informa Markets, the event’s organizer, said: «We have carefully designed our new hybrid model to bring our real estate ecosystem into the digital space, in a move that will facilitate fruitful discussions among a broader global audience of real estate developers, potential investors, and those interested in business-to-business activities.»

He added that while the in-person event, hosted at Expo 2020 Dubai, is of great importance, the use of digital tools—both before and after the exhibition— remains a key factor in creating a valuable hybrid experience that allows all participants to engage over an extended period with a global audience.

He noted that the decision to select the four target countries as key markets for the real estate sector was supported by data from the «Real Estate Market Report for the UAE, the Middle East, and North Africa» by "Informa Markets," which stated that 86% of participants view foreign direct investment as the most significant driver of growth in the UAE.
