The Ministry explained that mechanisms have been defined to obtain the certificate according to a number of requirements, indicating that the building compliance certificate is granted according to 3 items, namely (building design, which includes 7 elements, the general location, which includes 6 elements, in addition to visual distortion, which includes 15 elements), indicating that these requirements are mandatory to obtain the compliance certificate, and if the conditions and requirements are not adhered to during the occupancy of the building, fines will be imposed on the violators.

<Building design which includes 7 elements.
- General location which includes 6 elements.
- Visual distortion including 15 elements.
- The Ministry also emphasized the imposition of fines and penalties on anyone who violates the terms of a certificate of compliance.
