The Chinese company «Broad Sustainable Building» specialized in construction and construction, was able to complete the construction of a 57-storey building with 800 apartments, in a short period of 19 days, due to its reliance on modular construction, a technique based on the use of prefabricated building materials that are installed on the construction site to form the building designed by the same traditional methods of construction.

The building is called «Mini Sky City», and the mind behind it is Zhang Yu, a Chinese businessman with a penchant for introducing the latest technology into construction, and as BBC News reported, the man is trying to revolutionize the world of construction in the coming period.

Mini Sky City is the first step for the Chinese company, which plans to build the largest building in the world, taller than the Burj Khalifa in the UAE, in a period not exceeding 7 months, while the Burj Khalifa took 5 years to build.
