According to statistics cited in special reports issued by Knight Frank and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, that rental rates for luxury executive office space in New York skyscrapers have surged by 20% to reach $150 per square foot since July 2014, surpassing Hong , the Asian city that previously topped the list of skyscraper rents. Nevertheless, Hong Kong still leads the list of the world’s highest skyscraper office rents at US$250.50 per square foot.
In this context, it is hoped that rental rates in Riyadh will reach $38 per square foot annually, especially since this year is seeing the launch of several high-rise buildings.
