With the participation of more than 60 companies and specialized organizations, the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events is hosting the Saudi Real Estate Development and Home Ownership Exhibition today (Serido Real Estate Exhibitions 2023), with the participation of a number of relevant government agencies alongside a select group of real estate developers and financing institutions, as well as experts and specialists in the real estate and investment sectors, The exhibition will feature panel discussions and workshops to showcase opportunities and modern approaches in real estate development, as well as a number of specialized training courses.
The exhibition is expected to welcome more than 15,000 visitors interested in buying or marketing real estate, while the exhibition’s social media accounts and website—which will run for four days until May 31—are expected to attract between 25 and 30 million visitors, The exhibition will also help brands stand out among their peers when they participate, alongside a select group of real estate developers and financial institutions.
Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Zahrani, General Manager of Aali Al-Shan, the exhibition’s organizer, explained that their goal is to present an effective real estate exhibition that helps develop and elevate the Saudi real estate market. He added: “This exhibition serves as a gathering that brings together entities serving the real estate sector and its leaders in one place, contributing to the exchange of expertise, the dissemination of knowledge, and raising awareness among exhibition visitors regarding the importance of real estate investment and real estate products, as well as providing practical and successful marketing solutions to meet the ever-increasing demand in the real estate market, address its needs, and balance supply and demand“.
