The Ministry of Justice revealed that the number of real estate deeds consolidated in Saudi Arabia during the current Hijri year reached approximately 24,000 deeds, while investment and commercial properties accounted for about 55% of these properties, whose owners requested consolidation from the notary offices.
And notary offices in the Riyadh region recorded the highest percentage at 33.5%, with 8,032 deeds, followed by the Makkah region with 7,805 deeds, and then the Eastern Province with 4,213 deeds.
Notary offices in the Al-Qassim region recorded the consolidation of 1,383 deeds, followed by the Madinah region with 641 deeds, during the current Hijri year.
