180 million documents completed in the Real Estate Wealth Digitization Initiative in 3 years

The National Transformation Program CEO Tamer bin Abdullah Al-Sadoun said that the initiative to digitize real estate wealth in the Kingdom has achieved the digitization of more than 180 million real estate documents in a period of 3 years through central digitization laboratories working around the clock, which is the largest in the Middle East region.

Al-Saadoun added in statements that the real estate wealth registration procedures can be digitized quickly to paper, and the real estate emptying process can be completed in less than 60 minutes.

Saadoun added in his remarks. He explained that the advantages of real estate exchange are embodied in transparency and reliability, speed and flexibility, organization and accuracy, and these advantages promise a bright future for the real estate business sector in the Kingdom.

<It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Justice launched in November 2021, the real estate exchange on a trial basis and included direct deals, real estate offers, new deals, mortgage, deed inquiry and deed update, and last Sunday the Minister of Justice, Walid Al-Samaani, launched the Real Estate Exchange officially, in the presence of the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Abdullah Al-Swaha.

The Ministry of Justice explained that the real estate exchange will enhance real estate security, facilitate real estate trading operations with reliability and transparency, provide mortgage and real estate financing services, and issue deeds for requests to sort and merge properties using real estate identity.
