The branch of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in the Holy Capital announced the success of this year's Ramadan season, and a number of violations were monitored on the operators of tourist accommodation facilities, as the percentage of violations that were monitored in the central area reached 63%, while 37 % of violations were distributed to various neighborhoods in Makkah, and tourism attributed its writing of violations to practices that violate tourism regulations.

:" The field monitoring teams started their daily inspection campaign on tourist accommodation facilities from the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan to ensure their compliance with tourism regulations and standards, and although they monitored 160 violations out of 1100 licensed accommodation facilities, the Ramadan season is considered a successful season. Violations include not placing the original license, classification certificate and pricing in a prominent place for guests, not adhering to the Authority's pricing, in addition to not adhering to the instructions communicated by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage to operators of tourist accommodation facilities according to the classification granted.
