93 years after the unification of our country by King Abdulaziz Al Saud—may God have mercy on him—who laid the solid foundations of the modern Saudi state, we are now living in one of the Kingdom’s golden ages, under the wise leadership of His Majesty the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trusted Crown Prince, who have played a prominent role in bringing the Kingdom to its current position of strength and political and economic influence, which is universally acknowledged.

On this auspicious day, it is incumbent upon us to raise our hands in thanks and praise to God for the blessings He has bestowed upon us, for He has made our beloved country the home of the holy sites where the guests of the Most Merciful find refuge, where they can perform their acts of worship with ease and comfort, thanks to the great care these sites receive from our wise leadership, making our Kingdom a shining example in welcoming those who come to it.
