The General Real Estate Authority has identified 22563 properties targeted by Real Estate Registration within the second real estate area for the seven neighborhoods in Riyadh city, namely (Al-Izdhar, Al Taawun, Al Ghadeer, Al Murooj, Al Musaif, Al Nafl, Al Wadi) as a real estate area for real estate registration in kind.

The transfer of the jurisdiction of documenting real estate transactions in the declared area to the General Real Estate Authority begins on October 29 and ends on January 29, 2024.

The Authority called on the concerned real estate owners and holders of rights related to this real estate area to submit applications for the first in-kind registration of the property through the electronic platform of the Land Registry or service centers, and attach all documents proving their property and rights within the specified period to receive applications electronically.
