The National Housing Company NHC on its first day at Restatex Real Estate Exhibition in Dhahran, where the exhibition kicked off today, Tuesday, October 31, at Dhahran International Exhibitions Company (Dhahran Expo), bringing together those interested in the real estate sector—including developers, marketers, financiers, investors, and all segments of society—under one roof, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
At its booth, National Housing showcased to visitors the latest suburbs and residential communities it is developing, specifically projects in the Eastern Province, with the participation of a select group of real estate developers; and informed them about the technical services provided and the ease of digital procedures for purchasing residential units, in addition to presenting a range of investment opportunities in the region.
The exhibition aims to highlight the real estate sector’s influential role in diversifying investment sources—one of the key objectives of Saudi Vision 2030—and to showcase developments and updates in the Saudi real estate sector regarding residential and commercial projects, as the exhibition is considered one of the most prominent annual real estate events in the Kingdom; as it features broad participation from major real estate, housing, and financing development companies, as well as various firms involved in housing and real estate in both the public and private sectors
