Important conditions to get free land

1. The applicant family must hold Saudi nationality.
2. The age of the husband and wife must not be less than 25 years old and their children must not be more than 25 years old.
3. Not to have benefited from the program support in the past.
4. No real estate or land registered in the name of the applicant or a family member.
5. There must be a housing record in the applicant's name for the past 5 years.
6. Review and agree to all terms and conditions.
7. The data registered in the program must match the data registered with the relevant authorities.

Documents required to reserve free land

1. A copy of the applicant's national ID card.
2. A copy of the applicant's family card.
3. Provide a medical certificate in case of a disability.
5. Documents must be notarized by the Saudi Ministry of Housing.
6. The need to apply the instructions referred to in the system regarding the attachment of these documents.

Registration steps to get free land:

1. Log in to the Sakani Portal.
2. Logging in to the portal.
3. Login to “Residential Products“.
4. Select the “Self-build” tab from the options that appear in front of you.
5. Select the “Land” tab and then the project type and residential area.
6. After completing the above, click on the “Search” icon.
7. Click Preview in front of the project you want to apply for.
8. All the information about the project will appear in front of you.
9. Click Next.
10. The residential land reservation page will appear in front of you.
12. Enter your bank number and lot number and click on Search.
13. You will receive a message on your mobile phone confirming the order and the confirmation code.
14. Enter the confirmation code and then the mobile number.
15. If the application is accepted and the data required for the contract is complete.
16. You will receive a message stating that the application has been successful.
