The Operational Excellence 2023 conference witnessed the discussion of 20 success stories that showcased promising and ambitious opportunities, innovative technologies and highlighted leading operational experiences. The conference included more than 20 panel discussions in which speakers from the participating organizations discussed 15 themes that included the most prominent methodologies and global experiences that led to achieving excellence in organizations and companies at the local and global levels, in addition to holding more than 25 workshops.
