Al Tayyar Travel Group Holding, one of the largest travel and tourism companies in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, has signed a cooperation agreement with Forouz Investment and Real Estate Development Company, which is responsible for managing Vivienda Villas in Riyadh, to work together to develop the luxury hospitality sector locally.
Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Dawood, CEO of Al Tayyar Travel Holding, said that this agreement comes as part of the group's strategic plan to expand the development of luxury domestic tourism services, as this sector focuses on providing unique services to customers across the Kingdom by adding new accommodation options, pointing out that the number of villas that the company has been contracted to operate has reached 48 villas.
Forooz Investment and Real Estate Development Company, which is responsible for the management of Vivenda Villas located in Riyadh, has signed a cooperation agreement to work together to develop the luxury hospitality sector locally. For his part, Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Malik, CEO of Forouz Investment and Real Estate Development Company, considered the agreement a cornerstone through which the company will launch with Al Tayyar Group to develop luxury accommodation services in the local market, pointing out that this agreement will later be developed to explore other means of cooperation that benefit both parties in the field of investment and development of domestic tourism products and services.
