The Maravi Project

Maravi a quantum leap that combines a waterfront lifestyle with a rich array of commercial, entertainment, and hospitality facilities, as well as world-class infrastructure, thereby contributing to the achievement of the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision to rank three Saudi cities among the top 100 cities to live in worldwide.

“Maravi” will offer a vibrant mix of commercial and cultural activities, water-based experiences, retail stores, cafes, restaurants, hospitality facilities, and entertainment spaces, including a dedicated innovation zone.

The canal will add a new dimension to the multimodal transportation strategy through water taxis and ferries, providing direct access from the canal to King Abdulaziz International Airport and facilitating travel between Maravi’s various destinations, reflecting Roshen’s belief in the importance of creating an integrated urban environment that meets people’s needs and fosters new categories of real estate projects that set new standards for real estate development and contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
