The Secretary of the Hail Region, Engineer Sultan Al-Zaydi, recently met at the Secretariat’s headquarters with Mohammed Al-Melhem, Undersecretary for Licensing and Compliance at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, to discuss the most important basic services provided by the Licensing and Compliance Agency, They reviewed the progress of work related to compliance and ways to develop the regulatory system and achieve the desired objectives, particularly with regard to building compliance certification to fulfill the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, as well as a review of the conditions and requirements for issuing building compliance certificates.

The Deputy Minister for Licensing and Compliance visited the “Etmam” Center at the Secretariat to learn about the modern customer experience in the proactive monitoring of visual anomalies and the process of addressing them using artificial intelligence technologies, to support the economy and prosperity of cities, and to contribute to efforts to raise the Kingdom’s cities’ rankings at the regional and global levels.
