Indicators from “Real Estate Exchange” showed that the number of real estate transactions in the Medina region during the month of February reached 1,632 transactions with a value exceeding approximately 914.8 million riyals.

Indicators also revealed that the traded area of real estate in Madinah through the Real Estate Exchange during the same month reached approximately 1.8 million square meters, while the number of properties traded stood at 1,535.

The indicators showed that the average price per square meter for properties in Madinah was approximately 1,127 riyals, while the highest price per square meter was approximately 20,900 riyals. Transactions varied between (sale, partition, gift, gifts, mortgage releases, financed transactions, and updates/modifications).

According to indicators from Real Estate Exchange, the value of real estate transactions in Madinah accounted for 1.51% of the total value of real estate transactions across the Kingdom during the month of February, which amounted to approximately 60.8 billion riyals, while the total number of transactions in the Kingdom was approximately 58,700, of which Medina accounted for 2.71%

Meanwhile, the total area of real estate traded through the Real Estate Exchange across the Kingdom during last February reached approximately 288.9 million square meters, and the number of properties traded was approximately 56,400, with the average price per square meter for real estate at approximately 1,746 riyals, while the highest price per square meter reached approximately 815,200 riyals.
