The Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani issued strict instructions to implement the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God support him - to protect the public property of the state and the private property of citizens from any attacks or abuses, with complete accuracy in issuing deeds, tracking all methods of fraud, forgery and manipulation, returning every violation to its correct position, including returning the lands that have been stolen to state property and remain for what they were allocated for, and holding any manipulator or forger who dared to violate state regulations and seize the rights of citizens to justice.

The Ministry of Justice approved a decision to cancel the deed that was applied to government land and illegally extracted with an area of 18 million square meters in Jeddah governorate, and instructed to open the deed and bring it to justice. The Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Sheikh Dr. Walid Al-Samaani, had directed the Committee for the Examination and Study of Deeds at the First Notary Office in Jeddah to study the said deed, where the committee detected several observations on the deed, and it was submitted to the Court of Appeal in the Makkah region, where the court found that the deed was extracted for land illegally and located on floodways and valleys that are not legally and legally entitled to own them.

Informed sources said that the deed was obtained in an irregular manner. Informed sources explained that the Ministry of Justice will continue its approach to tracking and canceling irregular deeds in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - to preserve the rights of citizens, protect government facilities from theft, return every land applied to a public facility in an irregular manner, and categorically prevent the application of deeds to any of the public facilities as they belong to every citizen and may not be converted to private ownership under any pretext.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Justice will continue its approach to tracking and canceling irregular deeds. In the past few months, the Ministry of Justice has canceled several sukuk that were applied on government lands with vast areas, including a sukuk that was applied on a government land with an area of 35 million square meters that was extracted illegally in Al-Kharj governorate.
