The Support and Liquidation Center "Enfaz" announced that it will hold 30 public auctions—both in-person and online—to sell and liquidate 161 residential and commercial properties in 9 regions across the Kingdom, during the period from May 10–14, 2024.
The Center explained that the auctions will be held in various regions across the Kingdom, with 9 auctions in the Riyadh region featuring 54 diverse real estate opportunities, 5 auctions in the Makkah region featuring 24 real estate opportunities, one auction in the Madinah region featuring 4 real estate opportunities, 22 real estate opportunities across 5 auctions in the Eastern Province, 20 real estate opportunities across 3 auctions in the Qassim region, one auction in the Tabuk region featuring 4 properties, one auction in the Al-Jawf region featuring 5 properties, 3 auctions in the Ha’il region featuring 16 properties, and two auctions in the Asir region featuring 12 properties.

It is worth noting that the Support and Liquidation Center “Infath” is an independent government center and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically specialized private-sector entities, and supervising the liquidation of real estate, movable property, or estates assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals, thereby contributing to the swift fulfillment of rights and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
