During the first quarter of 2024, the “Masaken” Construction and Development Association in the Jazan region delivered 106 housing units to beneficiaries of developmental housing services, with support from the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing.
The association’s Executive Director, Abdu bin Muhammad Wasli, explained that the units provided to the association’s beneficiaries had a total cost of 16,168,180 riyals, in the governorates of “Bish, Al-Ardah, Abu Arish, and the city of Jizan,” as part of its services to beneficiaries through the association’s six projects, namely the “Construction Project Residential Units , the Residential Units Completion Project, the Residential Units Renovation Project, the Rent Support Project, and the Electrical Appliances Project.”
Wasli noted that during the first quarter of this year, the association provided development and capacity-building programs for beneficiary families, including a trip for Umrah, a course on cell phone maintenance, and a home maintenance course in partnership with the Technical College in Jazan. He expressed his gratitude to the volunteers in the association’s programs and projects, who carried out 25 volunteer opportunities during the first quarter of this year, contributing 387 volunteer hours, and expressing his appreciation to the association’s partners—including government agencies, donors, and supporters of its programs and projects.
