<Jeddah Municipality has announced the launch of 5 investment opportunities for the year 2024, ranging from various centers and shops for 14 sites, with a total area of more than 36,362 square meters, within the scope of the South and Tayba sub-municipalities.

The investment opportunities include leasing 9 sites to establish commercial centers (construction, operation and maintenance) in the Prince Abdul Majeed neighborhood, to serve housing projects.
