Announced the Madinah Municipality has announced an investment opportunity to build, renovate, operate, and maintain a commercial complex at the intersection of Imam Muslim Road and Salama bin Dhakwan Road in Madinah.

The Municipality clarified that the commercial complex is located on an area of 4,035.62 square meters, while the contract term between the investor and the Municipality is 25 years, with a grace period of 30 months.

The Medina Municipality called on investors and entrepreneurs to submit applications to take advantage of this investment opportunity before May 28 of this year.
