Real Estate Auctions: “Enforcement” Oversees 38 Auctions to Sell 276 Properties in 10 Regions

It will be held from May 21 to 31, 2024, and will feature 38 auctions of real estate, personal property, and vehicles across 10 regions.

The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaaz” the holding of 38 public auctions, both in-person and online, to sell and liquidate 276 residential and commercial properties and a collection of vehicles in 10 regions across the Kingdom, during the period from May 21–31, 2024.

It explained that the auctions will be held in various regions across the Kingdom, with 12 auctions in the Riyadh region to offer 74 real estate opportunities, 7 auctions in the Makkah region to offer 31 real estate opportunities, one auction in Al-Baha region featuring 3 real estate opportunities, two auctions in Al-Qassim region featuring 14 real estate opportunities, one auction in Madinah featuring 4 real estate opportunities, one auction in Tabuk region featuring 2 properties, an auction in the Al-Jawf region to offer 10 properties, 6 auctions in the Eastern Province to offer 38 properties, 5 properties in an auction in the Northern Border region, two auctions to offer 13 properties in the Asir region, an auction for the sale of 18 vehicles in Riyadh and another specialized auction for the sale of coffee-making equipment, an auction in the Eastern Province for the sale of 16 vehicles, and another in Al-Qassim for the sale of 17 vehicles.

It is worth noting that the Support and Liquidation Center “Enforcement” is an independent government center and one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It works to assign liquidation and sale activities to technically specialized private-sector entities, and supervising the liquidation of real estate, movable property, or estates assigned to it by judicial authorities, the private sector, and individuals, thereby contributing to the swift fulfillment of rights and the satisfaction of beneficiaries.
