As the countdown to Cityscape Global, the Middle East's largest real estate exhibition, approaches in Dubai, more than 300 entities have confirmed their preparations to participate in the September 8-10 event.

The show will also host the Cityscape Emerging Markets Awards, the winners of which will be announced at a ceremony at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai on September 8.

Turkish interest in the show

The Turkish pavilion at the exhibition is the largest international pavilion with 50 exhibitors, covering an exhibition area of 4,200 square meters, and Turkish participation comes in light of the increasing numbers of home sales to investors from around the world, which increased by 22% in the first half of 2015 compared to the same period last year.
