The Medina Municipality has announced an investment opportunity to build, renovate, operate, and maintain a commercial hotel project in the Al-Khalidiyah neighborhood of Medina.

The Medina Municipality explained that the project, which aims to boost tourism and stimulate investment, is located on an area of approximately 16,736.01 square meters, and includes 574 parking spaces. It invited investors and entrepreneurs to learn more about the investment opportunity by visiting the Municipality’s social media accounts.
