The Holy Capital Municipalitythe Municipality of the Holy Capital has launched the development of three large grant schemes in Makkah, as part of its development plans to develop public facilities in the Holy Capital and work to prepare them in the best ways in line with the development plans, and to achieve all that can contribute to the advancement and promotion of projects in the Holy City, to play its role in serving the citizens.
The Municipality clarified that the bids included three schemes that are considered the largest in Makkah
. <The Municipality explained that the competitions included three schemes that are considered one of the largest Residential plans in the Holy Capital, located in the south and east of Makkah, which included the Crown Prince 9 Part (B) plan, which has an area of (6,077,494.28) m2, the Martyrs of the Homeland plan with a total area of (1,358,762.22) m2, and the Shari'a 17 plan with an area of (674,162.40) m2, where the Municipality announced the tender,40)m2, where the Municipality announced the offering of these plans to the private sector through investment to implement all comprehensive infrastructure services, with the aim of providing all basic services such as rock cutting, paving, asphalt, installation of sidewalks and lighting, in addition to the implementation of flood drainage, sewage, water and electricity networks in accordance with the approved technical standards, and according to the specified conditions and to enable citizens to benefit from them as required.
<The Secretariat has set the last date for the sale of conditions and specifications for the Crown Prince Plan 9 (B) and the Martyrs of the Homeland Plan to be 27/7/2024 AD, while the last date for the sale of brochures and conditions of specifications for the Shari'a 17 plan will be on 29/9/2024 AD, and the value of the three projects is 25,000 thousand riyals, stressing that this comes within its plans to develop <a href="https://amlak" href="https://amlak.This comes within its plans to develop residential plans and deliver various services to them by involving the private sector and utilizing its services in the development process, and enabling them to contribute to the development of the economy of the Holy Capital, in exchange for investing part of the total area of the plan.
