The Medina Region Secretariat announced the number of licenses and permits approved through the Baladi platform during July 2024.

The Secretariat stated that the completed licenses included the issuance of more than 274 new building permits, 3,506 health certificates, 1,356 professional licenses, 745 surveying decisions, 3 building restoration permits, and 102 permits to conduct commercial activities 24 hours a day.

The Secretariat encouraged residents to take advantage of more than 200 diverse digital municipal services provided by the Baladi platform, with the aim of realizing the concept of a smart municipality to improve the quality of life in the Kingdom’s cities.
