<Cityscape Dubai 2015 featured 11 new projects, worth an estimated AED 45 billion, during the first day of Cityscape Global 2015. Six semi-governmental and private real estate developers led the launch of the projects during the first day of the show, led by Dubai World Central, Nakheel, Dubai Properties Group, Dubai Multi Commodities Center, Damac and Al Zorah Development. The projects unveiled ranged from luxury and mid-range housing, as well as hospitality, retail and office projects. Dubai South launched «The Villages» at a total cost of AED 25 billion. For its part, Nakheel launched Jebel Ali Gardens, which includes 42 buildings and about 10,000 residential units, accommodating 40,000 people in a new residential community, at an investment cost of more than 15 billion dirhams.
<For its part, DMCC unveiled the «Burj 2020» project, which adds 7 new towers to the JLT area, ranging from residential, hotel and commercial, Dubai Properties Group revealed its latest project «One JBR», and DAMAC revealed three new projects in Dubai, including four towers in Viridis and Ettore 971 villas within the Akoya Oxygen project, in addition to the Mirano residential tower on the Dubai Water Canal, with an estimated value of about 1.5 billion dirhams.
