Tabuk Municipality announced the entry into force of the fencing initiative, with 141 pieces targeted for fencing as the third phase, calling on all landowners to fence their lands to avoid financial penalties.
The third phase of fencing in Tabuk region includes 30 pieces on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, 20 pieces on King Abdulaziz Road, 22 pieces on King Abdullah Road, and 34 pieces on Prince Abdullah Road. It pointed out that the third phase targeted for fencing in the Tabuk region includes 30 pieces on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, 20 pieces on King Abdulaziz Road, 22 pieces on King Abdullah Road, 34 pieces on Prince Sultan Road, and 35 pieces on King Fahd Road.
Tabuk Municipality invited all landowners to fence their lands to avoid financial penalties. The Municipality of Tabuk invited the owners of vacant land to expedite the issuance of fencing licenses through the "Baladi" platform, in accordance with the models, standards and controls approved by the Ministry, in order to avoid the fines approved by the Ministry of 100 riyals per linear meter, where the fine is repeated every two weeks in case of non-implementation.
The initiative aims to control the fencing of vacant land. <The initiative aims to control vacant lands located in commercial streets, unify their appearance with the surrounding buildings, reduce the accumulation of waste inside these lands, protect them from encroachment, and clarify the boundaries of ownership of the land. The Municipality is working on an awareness campaign targeting owners of vacant lands located on the main axes in its third phase by notifying landowners to review the Municipality and correct the status of their lands, and facilitate the procedures for obtaining the required permits for fencing in accordance with the guide for fencing vacant lands launched by the Ministry, which contributes to improving the urban landscape and addressing visual distortion, in addition to protecting owners from encroachments and misuse of land, and raising the level of humanization of cities.
