These investment opportunities available in the construction, operation, and maintenance of parking lots and a mixed-use building, covering an area of over 11,000 square meters in the Al-Fath neighborhood of Madinah, as well as the construction, operation, and maintenance of a project featuring sports, commercial, hotel, and recreational facilities on Airport Road in the Al-Qalaa neighborhood, covering an area of approximately 30,000 square meters, and the construction and operation of a hotel in Yanbu Industrial City on the waterfront, covering an area of approximately 10,000 square meters.
