The Ministry of Sports has announced an investment opportunity to build, operate, and maintain a variety of sports, commercial, hotel, and recreational facilities in Madinah, including stadiums for soccer, swimming pools, a cycling track, and basketball and tennis courts.

Located on Airport Road and covering an area of 29,335 square meters, the project aims to support the capacity of the accommodation sector andhotels in light of the number of visitors and Umrah pilgrims. The project is also considered a promising investment opportunity due to its location within the urban area of Madinah and its proximity to vital areas, major commercial centers, and the Second Ring Road.

The Ministry of Sports has called on those interested in taking advantage of this investment opportunity to submit their applications by November 23, noting that the project contract term is 35 years.
