To inquire about the details of the real estate deed through the Najaz portal, you must follow the following steps:
- Login to the Najiz portal website via this link najiz.sa.
- Enter your Absher account details to log in to the Najiz portal.
- Choose e-services from the main menu.
- Then select Real Estate and then Real Estate Deed Inquiry.
- You will be required to enter some information related to the deed, such as: The deed number and the owner's national ID number.
- In some cases, you may also be asked to enter additional information such as the date the deed was issued.
- Click on Query to view the details of the real estate deed after entering the required data.
- A page will appear with all the details related to the deed, including location, area, boundaries, and owner details.
