Roshen Group has received a number of prestigious international certifications in the field of customer satisfaction from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The ISO 10003 and ISO 10004 certifications from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) reaffirm ROSHN's commitment to provide the best services to customers across the Kingdom and demonstrate its constant endeavor to improve the customer experience.

ROSHN's ISO 10003 and ISO 10004 certifications come as a new confirmation of the group's commitment to provide the best services to customers across the Kingdom. ISO aims to guide organizations on how to interact with customers and manage customer issues. ISO 10004 provides guidance for defining and implementing processes for monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction. ISO 10003 guides an organization to design, develop, operate and improve effective and successful processes for resolving complaints that have not been resolved internally by the organization.

Rowe Group's ISO 10004 standard provides guidance for defining and implementing processes for monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction. Both standards will contribute to improving ROSHN's sustainability metrics, including Sustainable Development Goals 8, 9, 10 and 12 to ensure job creation, promote economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructure, contribute to reducing social and economic gaps and encourage responsible consumption and production practices.
