Issued by the Secretariat of the Madinah Region issued more than 12,000 construction, commercial, health, and renovation permits last August, in addition to various land survey decisions and commercial permits, through the “Baladi” portal.

The Secretariat clarified that the issued permits included 501 new building permits for commercial and residential projects, 3 building renovation permits, and 4,588 commercial permits, as well as the issuance of 834 surveying decisions, 4,637 health certificates for food facility workers, and 1,706 permits to conduct commercial activities 24 hours a day.

This is part of the efforts undertaken by the Madinah Municipality to streamline administrative procedures for beneficiaries regarding the issuance of permits and to expedite their completion with high accuracy through digital services that have contributed to improving procedures, accelerate development in Madinah, and enhance the services provided to its customers.
