Roshan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) -one of the Public Investment Fund's major projects, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC) to develop mechanisms for planning and implementing infrastructure projects in Riyadh and the surrounding area, under the patronage of His Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Ayyaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center, and represented by its CEO, Engineer Fahad bin Sulaiman Al Bedah.
The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the RIPC exhibition in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. <The MoU, signed on the sidelines of the Saudi Infrastructure exhibition, will cover a number of areas, including the exchange of expertise and best practices in project planning and the use of technology to develop high-quality infrastructure projects for the city of Riyadh and its residents. Sustainability will also be high on the agenda, with ROSHN and the Center working on joint initiatives to promote sustainability in the city. <The Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center seeks to improve the quality of infrastructure projects in Riyadh and its suburbs by planning and implementing sustainable business models, with the aim of improving the quality of life in the capital, reducing visual pollution, and enhancing the efficiency of spending in the Riyadh region. ROSHN and the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center will work together to plan infrastructure projects in all ROSHN destinations and share data, information and lessons learned from infrastructure projects.
The two entities will also collaborate to improve the quality of infrastructure projects in Riyadh and its suburbs through the planning and implementation of sustainable business models. The two entities will also collaborate on planning relevant infrastructure projects in the Riyadh region, and develop a mechanism to support coordination among infrastructure contractors.
