Saudi National Bank delivers 184 housing units as part of the developmental housing initiative

Celebrated The Saudi National Bank as part of its corporate social responsibility programs, celebrated the handover of the third and final batch of the second phase of housing units to 184 families most in need of housing, as part of the bank’s largest developmental housing initiative, which included the delivery of 914 fully completed housing units during the first and second phases across the Kingdom.

The event was attended by His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Her Highness Princess Nouf bint Mohammed Al Saud, CEO of the King Khalid Charitable Foundation; Mr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi National Bank; and Mr. Tariq bin Abdulrahman Al-Sadhan, CEO of the Saudi National Bank.

His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, praised this exceptional partnership between the public and private sectors, which has helped enable families to own suitable housing, as an extension of the strategic partnership aimed at achieving integration and cooperation among various entities, thereby enhancing the quality of life and improving the delivery of the best services to beneficiaries to provide suitable housing for Saudi families in accordance with the directives of our wise leadership, He extended his thanks to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi National Bank, Mr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, and all its employees for their efforts.

It is worth noting that the third phase of the bank’s Developmental Housing Program will be launched from 2025 to 2027, spanning three years, which will include the distribution of more than 500 housing units ready for immediate occupancy to beneficiary families in various regions and cities across the Kingdom.
