The Al-Qassim Region Secretariat and its affiliated municipalities conducted 22,414 building inspection tours during the third quarter of 2024, to ensure compliance with municipal permits, adherence to building codes, improvement of project quality, and monitoring of construction violations, which totaled 4,526 violations.

These inspections are part of the ongoing efforts by the Secretariat and the region’s municipalities to eliminate visual pollution, improve the urban landscape, and enhance the quality of life.

In the same context, the Secretariat and its affiliated municipalities issued 3,813 building compliance certificates during the same period, The Municipality also reaffirms that it will continue its inspection tours to increase compliance rates, improve project quality, and preserve the urban environment, calling on everyone to cooperate and report violations through the Baladi app or by calling the reporting center at 940.
