Madinah Municipality issued more than 1800 construction, commercial, health and restoration licenses, in addition to cadastral decisions and commercial permits during the month of September, through the "Baladi" portal.
The completed licenses included 406 new construction licenses for commercial and residential buildings, 1443 commercial licenses, 773 cadastral decisions, 4126 health certificates for workers in food establishments, and 323 permits to practice commercial activities for 24 hours. This comes within the efforts undertaken by the Municipality of Medina to facilitate the administrative procedures for its customers to issue licenses and speed up their completion with high accuracy through electronic services that have contributed to improving procedures, accelerating the wheel of development in Medina and seeking to improve the services provided to customers.
