His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Tabuk Region, formed an emergency committee comprising representatives from the Emirate, the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution, the Ministry of Justice branch, the police, and the municipal secretariat to investigate a case involving the forgery of a deed for government-owned land valued at over 140 million riyals.
This came after a government department in Tabuk discovered the forgery of a deed for a plot of land measuring more than half a million square meters, located in the city of Tabuk on Amman Road, and it was confirmed that the deed, owned by a real estate company, has no basis and is not registered with the First Notary Public Office in Tabuk.
