His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Tabuk Region, received yesterday, Monday, November 18, 2024, the Minister of Municipalities andHousing Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, who is currently visiting the region.
The meeting reviewed the ministry's plans and the development and housing projects it offers to beneficiaries in the cities and governorates of the Tabuk region.
His Highness praised the work and projects of the Ministry and its contributions to the implementation of service, development and housing plans in the Tabuk region, praising the efforts of HE the Minister in supporting projects in the region, noting the wise leadership's interest and care in all development projects that serve the citizen.
After that, the Emir of Tabuk Region, in the presence of the Minister of Municipalities andHousing, An agreement was signed between the National Business Company (Meshal bin Abdullah Al-Sharia & Brothers) and Marriott International to operate a five-star hotel ”Le Meridien” within the Jewel SAS project in the city of Tabuk, which consists of commercial galleries, a medical center for one-day surgery, an administrative and office building, a conference and celebration hall that can accommodate more than 600 people, in addition to gardens and water fountains, creating many job opportunities for the sons and daughters of the region.
For his part, the Minister of Municipalities and Housing expressed his thanks to His Highness for his continuous follow-up and support for the ministry's work and projects in the Tabuk region, which contributed to the high pace of work and achievement in the region's projects.
