NHC announced that the infrastructure completion rate at the Khayala destination north of Jeddah has risen to 89%, while the completion rate for superstructure works stood at 87%, reflecting its ongoing commitment to accelerating the development process in accordance with the highest standards and modern technologies.
It clarified that several major networks have been completed, including the sewage system, the water supply and fire protection systems, the stormwater drainage system, and street lighting, in addition to the telecommunications network, all of which have been fully completed at 100%. Other projects are also nearing completion, with 95% of the irrigation network and 95% of the medium- and low-voltage network completed.
This achievement is part of the vision and strategy of NHC , which aims to transform the region into an integrated urban destination offering a wide range of advanced services and facilities, in line with the rapid urban development in the city of Jeddah, It also reflects NHC’s efforts to provide advanced infrastructure that meets the needs of the modern era, as well as an integrated social and health environment for residents.
The destination features a range of vital facilities, including 4 mosques and 6 educational facilities, in addition to 5 green parks and recreational areas for residents, It also includes a state-of-the-art healthcare center to serve residents, along with four commercial facilities that contribute to revitalizing the region’s economy. The destination comprises six modern projects, including Sama Jeddah, Mila, Dar Samo, Garn View, Al-Muhandia, and Khayala Inn, which contribute to promoting urban development and meeting the local market’s needs by offering diverse housing options with varied designs and sizes.
