Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center achieved several achievements during 2024 that contributed to the development of infrastructure projects in the city of Riyadh and the region's governorates.

As part of its vision, the Center works to improve the services provided in project works and improve the urban landscape, issuing the first license for excavation works, enhancing its work in 19 governorates and 47 municipalities, in addition to expanding its strategic partnerships with success partners.
The Center has contributed to the development of infrastructure projects in Riyadh and the governorates of the region. The Center contributed to reducing the provision of more than 16 million square meters of asphalt layers, collected data on more than 200,000 projects, carried out more than 91,000 compliance rounds during the year, received more than 90,000 reports, issued 61,000 licenses, and monitored more than 20,000 reports.
The Center also held more than 20,000 contracts and expanded its strategic partnerships with success partners. The center also held more than 100 workshops with the public and private sectors and service providers, in addition to launching the unified number, launching more than 30 e-services to improve the beneficiary experience, and linking more than 20 service providers to ensure the processing of complaints.
This year, the center conducted 91,000 regulatory compliance rounds, received 90,000 reports, issued 61,000 licenses, and monitored more than 1,000 reports. The Infrastructure Projects Center in Riyadh is the competent authority for infrastructure projects in the region, which aims to improve project work in partnership with success partners, contribute to achieving spending efficiency, and improve the urban landscape for a sustainable infrastructure.
