The Ministry of Tourism revealed the figures of its monitoring and inspection efforts during the third quarter of last year 2024, as it carried out 9,655 monitoring rounds on hospitality facilities and tourism activities in all regions of the Kingdom; which resulted in monitoring 7,521 violations, while 11,494 complaints were addressed during the same period.

The ministry explained that the most prominent violations included practicing the activity without obtaining a license, low level of cleanliness in the facility, missing one of the license conditions, and failure to respond to the ministry through the representative of the tourist hospitality facility within the period specified by the ministry.
