Kicks off in Riyadh The Future of Real Estate Forum in its fourth edition, sponsored by General Real Estate Authority In partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, from January 27–29, under the theme “A Future for Humanity: From Dreams to Reality,” with the participation of more than 120 countries and 500 speakers representing the public and private sectors, as well as a number of prominent figures at the local and international levels.
The the “Forum” will feature more than 34 panel discussions and a number of special sessions addressing urban planning and design for communities, their health, environmental, and social sustainability, and the importance of using real estate technologies in the construction of green buildings, featuring an elite group of economists, investors, decision-makers, and experts from the real estate sector both locally and internationally. In addition, more than 17 workshops will be held covering a range of topics across various technical, developmental, and operational aspects of real estate activities.
The “Future of Real Estate Forum” coincides with the Kingdom’s global real estate and urban renaissance, driven by its diverse major projects, its future vision to host major global events such as Expo 2030 and the 2034 World Cup, as well as its ongoing development efforts to enhance infrastructure and build the cities of the future, and building on the successes and achievements of the previous edition of the “Forum,” which saw the signing of more than 50 agreements with a total value exceeding 100 billion riyals.
It is worth noting that the “Future of Real Estate Forum” will feature an accompanying real estate exhibition to enrich the real estate content, with the participation of major local and international companies and entities, as well as leading investors contributing to the real estate sector worldwide, where the exhibition booths will showcase the latest real estate technologies, cutting-edge real estate products, financing solutions, and trends in the Saudi real estate market, as well as strategic steps aimed at enhancing its transparency, reliability, and investment appeal.
