The Jeddah Municipality has announced, through the “Fursat” investment portal for Saudi cities, 25 investment opportunities for the year 2025, covering a total area of over 57 million square meters, distributed across the province’s sub-municipalities.

These investment opportunities 18 lease sites for the construction, operation, and maintenance of commercial stores, and three sites for the construction, operation, and maintenance of medical complexes and clinics in Al-Rahmaniyah and Al-Bashayer in Jeddah, and the Al-Corniche neighborhood in Thul, and an investment site in Al-Samer, in addition to leasing two sites within the main building of the Jeddah Municipality for the construction, operation, and maintenance of ATMs, as well as the construction, operation, and maintenance of parks of various sizes in the city of Jeddah.
