<The National Housing Company (NHC signed a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding with government agencies and the private sector, totaling about 30 billion riyals, in an important step to support and stimulate the housing sector in the Kingdom. This came under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, and comes on the sidelines of the opening of the Future of Real Estate Forum 2025.

<The agreements include a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources to enhance cooperation in the fields of supply chains and the Industry Links Program, which contributes to raising local content and increasing its efficiency in the real estate development sector. A memorandum of understanding was also signed with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in cooperation with Seef Company, aiming to cooperate in the development of building and construction using off-site construction techniques.

The opening of the forum also witnessed the announcement of the launch of the logistics city in Khuzam destination, between NHC, CITIC China Construction and Al Rawaf Contracting, which aims to enhance the efficiency of supply chains in the real estate sector, boosting the national economy and supporting future real estate development projects.
