The General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage has begun accepting funding applications from investors in the tourism and hospitality sectors through the Authority’s Investment Department, which receives the applications and forwards them to a team from the Authority and the Ministry for review.

The newspaper “Amlak” reports that the project’s funding amounts to 100 million riyals and that the program covers all tourism facilities, not just hotels. Sources from the Authority’s Tourism Investment Department stated that investor interest in the program is very high, reflecting investors’ confidence in the tourism sector, as the department has received applications from prospective beneficiaries of this funding program from various regions of the Kingdom.
