Al-Balad Al-Amin Company for Development and Urban Development and the Arab Centers Company “Sinomi Centers” signed a memorandum of understanding in the presence of His Excellency the Mayor of of the Holy Capital and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Balad Al-Amin, Musa’ad bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood, with the aim of collaborating on the establishment of an integrated commercial project on the Fourth Ring Road along Dr. Abdulqadir Kushk Road, covering an area of more than 155,000 square meters, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the economic and urban landscape of the Holy Capital.
The memorandum aims to provide a strategic framework for cooperation between the two parties in conducting an economic feasibility study for the establishment of a commercial project that will enrich the experience of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and improve the quality of life for citizens, residents, and visitors, This partnership also strengthens the private sector’s role in achieving the goals of Vision 2030 by developing high-quality projects that comply with the regulations and rules in force at the relevant authorities.
The signing of this agreement took place as part of the activities of the Al-Balad Al-Amin Center, which has become a platform bringing together the public and private sectors to strengthen partnerships and drive development in the Holy Capital, in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
