Developed Neighborhoods, a program of The Royal Commission for Makkah and Holy Sites, supported and enabled by the Ministerial Committee to address the status of slums in Makkah, announced the launch of the Makkah Vision Real Estate Fund and the start of receiving applications for compensation for property owners (who meet the procedures) at the Kadwa site, estimated at a total of 7 billion riyals.

It also seeks to stimulate investment activity to achieve economic development by integrating these sites into real estate development plans and involving the private sector in the development process, in addition to establishing effective mechanisms to limit the emergence of unorganized sites and stop random expansion in existing areas.
<The program invites owners of properties eligible for compensation in the Kadwa site to complete the disbursement procedures (by providing statements of the Real Estate Fund, Agricultural Development Fund, Social Development Bank, electricity and water companies - for each owner, even if there are multiple heirs), and then book an appointment starting from today, Tuesday, April 15, 2025, either electronically via the link: www.rcmc.gov.sa/e-services or the unified phone (8001000041) to obtain compensation in the shares of the contribution or receive the cash value.
