Jabal Omar Development Company announced that it has obtained an Islamic financing bridge from Bank Albilad for an amount of 900 million riyals and the agreement was signed for a period of six months to pay the company's obligations and there are no guarantees for this bridge.

The Jabal Omar project is one of the development projects currently taking place in Makkah and consists of 38 towers ranging in height from 20 to 40 floors (for the twin towers), taking into account the gradual increase in height as the distance from the Holy Mosque, and their uses vary between residential and hotel, and there are two connected towers at the beginning of King Abdulaziz Road for pedestrians leading to the courtyard of the Grand Mosque. The project contains 11,454 hotel and residential rooms in addition to 204 medium villas with an area of 175 m. The project accommodates approximately 36,000 residents at one time and more than 150,000 worshippers performing prayers and connecting their ranks with worshippers in the Grand Mosque.
